1. Delete local workspace content
Use the app's item deletion and data-management controls for clipboard history, notes, tasks and bookmarks. Review pinned items and collections as separate scopes. Deleting a file reference does not delete its original file. You can pause capture and adjust retention to control future collection.
2. Translation, vocabulary and provider access
Use the translation workspace's history and vocabulary controls to remove the records you no longer need. Removing a translation record does not remove a note, task or bookmark previously created from it. Revoke sharing authorizations or remove a configured provider to stop future requests; contact the recipient separately about any records it retained.
3. Backups, exports and other copies
Delete exported files, backups, saved screenshots and copies in other apps separately. Clearing in-app history does not clear these copies or another app's clipboard history. Uninstalling may leave system-managed data or files you chose to export. Preserve anything you still need before deleting or resetting data.
4. Account and connected editions
Account availability depends on your edition and configuration. If your edition provides an account, use its account and cloud-data deletion controls; contact support if a required control is unavailable. Device-local copies, backups and records held by third-party providers remain separate scopes.
5. Assistance and verification
If you cannot access an applicable deletion control, contact support@zyravo.store and identify the product edition and the data scope, without sending passwords, provider keys or clipboard contents. We may verify identity before handling any service-held personal information. Use https://github.com/zyravo-store/mivra/issues only for non-sensitive defects. Requests through this static website do not grant remote access to your device.
