Terms of Service

Welcome to Mivra. These terms explain software use, content rights, third-party services and our respective responsibilities.

Updated: October 27, 2026
This policy describes the current local desktop edition. Optional online services are explained separately below.

1. Accepting these terms

These terms apply to your use of the Mivra apps, browser extension and official website. Read them with the Privacy Policy before use. “Mivra” refers to this independent software product. “We” refers to its providers and maintainers; product contact details are in the last section.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, using the software means accepting these terms. You must have authority if acting for an organization. If you cannot enter an agreement independently under local law, obtain any required guardian consent.

2. Features and license

The current desktop edition offers clipboard management, capture, OCR, translation and local organization. Feature availability, sign-in requirements and charges depend on the platform, edition, permissions, configuration and service terms.

Subject to these terms, we grant a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for lawful personal or internal business use. Open-source and third-party components retain their own licenses; these terms do not restrict rights those licenses or the law grant you.

3. Your content and backups

You keep the rights to your own content. Processing it to provide requested features does not transfer ownership to us. You are responsible for having permission to copy, record, store, translate or share it.

Clipboard history is not a substitute for an independent backup. Review capture and retention settings, back up important material and manage exports, the system clipboard and copies in other apps separately.

4. Permissions and acceptable use

Do not use the software to bypass access controls, steal credentials, distribute malware, infringe rights, harass people or conduct unauthorized monitoring. Obtain any consent required by law before recording screens, people or sound.

You control and can revoke system permissions. Operating-system updates, target-app restrictions and permission changes may affect paste, capture, automatic scrolling and other integrations.

5. Translation, recognition and third parties

OCR, translation and AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate. Review it before use. The software does not replace professional medical, legal, financial or other advice.

Online services you configure have their own account requirements, terms, fees and privacy rules. Your Mivra license does not include their subscriptions or model allowances. Authorize sharing only for content you may submit. We do not control a third party’s availability, prices or output.

6. Privacy and data management

The Privacy Policy explains personal-information processing. App and system controls let you manage capture, permissions, sharing, records and backups. Deleting a local record does not automatically erase independent copies in other apps, exports or third-party services.

The current local edition does not enable our account, billing or cloud sync. Any future such service will disclose its own conditions and is not enabled merely by these terms.

7. Distribution, updates and charges

Obtain software and updates through the channel appropriate to your installation. Store purchases, refunds and distribution are also subject to the relevant store rules. Third-party service charges are separate from the app’s own offering.

We may update or adjust features for reliability, security and compatibility. We will provide notice of material changes where applicable law requires it.

8. Availability and warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, software is provided as is and as available, without a promise of perfect accuracy, uninterrupted operation, freedom from errors or guaranteed recovery of lost data.

Non-excludable statutory warranties, service standards, remedies and consumer rights remain unaffected. Contact support about problems and keep independent copies of important data.

9. Responsibility and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. Take reasonable steps to reduce loss, including protecting credentials and backing up important material.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit, including fraud, intentional misconduct, non-excludable personal-injury liability or mandatory consumer rights.

10. Ending use and changes

You can stop using and uninstall the software at any time. Export anything you need first; uninstalling may leave system-managed or manually saved data. We may restrict services we control only as permitted by law for reasonable grounds such as security, serious breach or discontinuation, with notice where required.

Revisions will show an updated date here. Material changes receive notice as required by law, and separate consent will be obtained where legally required.

11. Governing law and disputes

The laws and courts applicable to a dispute are determined under the relevant rules of applicable law. These terms do not impose an exclusive foreign court or waive non-excludable legal protections.

If you are a consumer in the EEA, UK or another region with mandatory consumer protections, you retain the protections granted by the law of your habitual residence and any right to seek remedies before competent local courts or authorities. You may contact support first to resolve an issue, without limiting statutory remedies.

12. Agreement and contact

These terms cover Mivra software and its related support services. Contact support@zyravo.store about these terms, licensing or product questions.

These terms and the Privacy Policy describe software use and related data processing. If a provision is invalid under applicable law, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted.
