Capture locally
Open the desktop app and enable clipboard capture. Copy a short piece of text, then find it in Clipboard. Pause capture before handling private content.
DownloadFind and organize
Search your history and filter by content type. Add frequently used items to Favorites or a Pinboard. Configure your paste shortcut in Settings.
File backup and transfer
In Settings, use File backup and transfer for clipboard ZIP archives. Use Data separately to export or import workspace JSON for notes, tasks and bookmarks. These are two different, unencrypted backups: keep them safe. Check the restored content and keep the originals until you confirm it is complete.
Screenshots and OCR
Start a screenshot, choose scrolling capture for a longer view, then finish to edit the image. Use the text-extraction action for OCR. Review the result and remove private content before sharing.
Translation and history
Open Translation in the app, configure a supported provider and review sharing permissions. History and vocabulary are managed in the same workspace. Online providers may have their own costs and retention rules.
Privacy and deletion
Pause capture before working with secrets. Manage app exclusions, history retention and sharing permissions in Settings. Delete local records, exports and third-party copies as separate scopes.
Solve common problems
Check capture, privacy exclusions and the relevant system permission first. For OCR, use a clear image; for online translation, check provider configuration and network access. Contact support with the app version and operating system, without clipboard content or credentials.
